We are so pleased to welcome Antonia Hinds who has joined us this week as our new Office Manager, based in London. This is the first time we have had a full-time office manager for many years and is a sign of our growth and general busyness that we know Antonia is going to really help harness and support going forward.
Antonia is an experienced office manager with a strong commitment to creating efficient, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplaces. With a proven track record in streamlining administrative operations, coordinating teams, and enhancing workplace culture, we consider ourselves very lucky she chose us.
Her passion for social responsibility is reflected in her proactive approach to embedding ethical practices and community impact into everyday operations. Whether it’s championing sustainability initiatives, supporting employee wellbeing, or fostering partnerships with socially responsible suppliers, Antonia ensures that her work contributes meaningfully beyond the office walls!

Outside of work, Antonia enjoys travelling, playing netball and getting lost in the countryside on weekends!
