About our Employee Ownership structure
The model of employee ownership that we have opted for is “indirect” employee ownership. Here, company shares are held collectively on behalf of employees, through an employee trust. We have elected two of our team as elected trustees, who represent and act on behalf of all employee-owners in the decision making process.
