As part of our commitment to customer service and quality we regularly survey clients at the end of a project to find out how we performed and how we can improve. The Customer Thermometer is one of the tools we use to engage with our clients for feedback on our work.
We have analysed our client feedback results for 2023 and are delighted to announce that 100% of clients who responded to the survey gave us either a good ‘green star’ rating (16%) or excellent ‘gold star’ rating (84%). This is an improvement on last year’s stats of 21% green and 79% gold so we are clearly heading in the right direction. We really appreciate the valuable feedback we receive from clients and strive to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
