We are so proud of Caroline McKinlay whose IoA Diploma research piece entitled ‘Impact of reverberation time and ambient noise levels on acoustic comfort in school dining halls’ has now won an Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) award.
The award in question is ‘The best project report by a student studying for the IOA’s diploma’ and was selected by the ANC Board from the nominations made for students graduating from the academic year 2024-2025. Caroline will be presented with the prize at the ANC’s Company Meeting in September. She is also one of only four female acousticians to have won the award since 2010.
Congratulations on your success. What a fantastic year you have had so far. Very well deserved! You are a true example to your peers.
