When our profits allow, we make it a priority to support a variety of causes through the provision of charitable donations. Employee Owners have the opportunity to recommend charities that are important to them and to the company and donations are then approved by our Trustee Directors.
We were so pleased to be able to support the work of these 6 charities in the most recent period:-
Thank you so much to Anderson Acoustics, this generous donation will be so helpful towards supporting people through music therapy. As you can imagine, the funds are much needed and will go towards funding music therapy provision for local residents. We have a new project supporting children with mental health issues in mainstream schools so we may well use some of the funds for this.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support.
Thank you, Anderson Acoustics for your generous donation to Charity Task Team Willmott Dixon Interiors’s JustGiving page.
Fuse Theatre CIC
Huge thank you to Anderson Acoustics for their donation this quarter. As a non-profit organisation, any money we receive is immediately reinvested into directly benefiting the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. This can mean anything from delivering workshops to Deaf people with limited access to the arts, to paying for interpreters to facilitate communication between our Deaf artists and hearing partners, to covering the cost of delivering Deaf awareness training sessions to theatre venues and producers all over the UK and much more. Thank you so much – you’ve helped us hugely.
Many thanks to Anderson Acoustics for your ongoing generosity.
RNID – National hearing loss charity
Thank you for Anderson Acoustics’ donation towards our work supporting people who are deaf, have hearing loss, or tinnitus. With our communities and partners, we’re focusing our attention on four key areas that we believe will transform life for our communities: Inclusion, Health, Research and Employment. We are working to ensure that deaf people and those with hearing loss and tinnitus enjoy the same rights, access to information and services, and to employment, as everyone else.
We also know that looking after hearing health needs to be higher on the national agenda; it takes an average of 10 years for someone to take action after first noticing a change in their hearing and in that time, there is dramatically increased risks for physical and mental health problems including depression and dementia.
Thanks to donations and support from people such as yourself, we can offer a free online hearing check which has now been taken by nearly 500,000 people. The check includes the option for further support and a letter to take to the GP if a hearing loss is indicated.
