As designing for the senses is central to their work, Oliver Heath from Oliver Heath Design happily took up the invitation to visit our Hove office last month, to experience our tactile and highly therapeutic Sound Bench.
Unlike traditional audio, tactile sound works through deep tissue movement, joint movement, touch and bone conduction, not just the ear. This means more people, including those with hearing loss or sensory needs, can experience sound in a richer, more inclusive way. It is also designed for use in wellness & spa retreats, healthcare & therapy centres, high-end residential & immersive cinema where sensory comfort matters.
