We extend a warm welcome this month to Caroline McKinlay, who has joined the company as an Assistant Acoustic Consultant. Caroline will be largely working with our Soundscapes team helping support the work we do with Quiet Mark as technical partners on a range of projects.
“I have joined the company and will be based in the Brighton office working as an Assistant Acoustic Consultant. I studied Mathematics at the University of Glasgow and took a real interest in the links between maths and sound. For my dissertation, I chose to look at the maths behind speech to text technology and how that can be used for people with disabilities. I’ve always been passionate about music, so the chance to combine my interests is what inspired me to pursue a career in acoustics.
I’m particularly excited to be working for Anderson Acoustics due to their people focussed approach to consultancy. The values of the company align very well with my own and I’m looking forward to seeing the positive impact of the work I do with the company. I can’t wait to get involved and learn more about the field of acoustic consultancy!”
