Happy EO Day 2026! This year’s theme is ‘Owning It’ and since we became employee owned in 2018 we have done just that and more. Words could summarise how far we have come and what it means, but we wanted you to hear from some of our employee owners direct so we are sharing this short clip including colleagues from our London and Brighton teams.
We also attended last week’s inaugral eoalive! event in Birmingham. Doushiant Mohith who was appointed as a Trustee Director in April this year reflects:-
‘Was great to attend eoaLive! and catch up with familiar faces, as well as meet and chat with fellow trustees from across the employee ownership community. I really enjoyed hearing about where different businesses are on their EO journey. It was insightful to understand what employee ownership looks like in practice for different organisations and what it means to their people.
A particular highlight was the inspiring keynote from Philippa Tuttiett on leadership and resilience, which gave me plenty of food for thought in my role as a trustee at Anderson Acoustics.
