We were so pleased to see the Employee Owned Association (EOA) conference resuming in 2022 as an in-person gathering of like-minded employee owned businesses. We were excited to attend the two day event 3rd-4th October and what a wonderful venue in the ACC Liverpool. With an audience of 670 delegates from 214 businesses learning more about ‘unlocking the potential’ of employee ownership, Joseph Baggaley our Director Manchester and Building Acoustics Sector Lead co-hosted the first panel discussion this year entitled ‘Being Financially free to revitalise the business’
The EOA Conference is a great place for founders, employee owners and supporters of employee ownership to learn about the different aspects of employee ownership, as well as leveraging the benefits of being employee owned to further develop individuals and businesses. EOA Chief Executive James de le Vingne gave a keynote speech to start the Conference in which he said employee ownership “can and will be a next generation business model” and it has certainly proved to be the right choice for our company.
Our journey since becoming employee-owned in 2018 has been one of discovery and learning and we now have so much to showcase and to be proud of. All employee-owners feel engaged and motivated to ensure the company continues to grow.
