Education Estates® 2025 will take place on 14-15 October at Manchester Central. The event comprises a 2-day conference over 7 themed stages, an exhibition showcasing some of the most innovative solutions around and an awards ceremony celebrating excellence in the sector. The event focusses on educational infrastructure: the funding, design, build, maintenance and management of schools, colleges and universities.
The Exhibition is FREE for ALL to attend if you would just like to attend as a visitor.

The Conference is nicely timed, coming just a couple of weeks after we have published our new paper, “Universal acoustic design for schools: An evidence based approach”, a collaborative piece of research led by Emma Greenland along with Jack Harvie-Clark, Adrian James, and Professor Emerita Bridget Shield. This work addresses a critical issue: the acoustic environment of our mainstream school classrooms needed to support the actual range of learning needs present in British classrooms today.
