As part of our commitment to customer service and quality we regularly survey clients to find out how we are performing and how we might improve. The Customer Thermometer is one of the tools we use to engage with our clients for feedback on our work.
We have analysed our client satisfaction survey results for 2024 and are encouraged to see that 97% of clients who responded to the survey gave us either a good ‘green star’ rating (19%) or excellent ‘gold star’ rating (81%).
We really appreciate the valuable feedback we receive from clients and strive to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations for each and every project we are commissioned on.
