Octavio Lora Aranda delivered the first CPD of 2026 last week which also saw him taking a first trip to Marlow in Buckinghamshire where he met the team at Heighway Associates Architects.
The session was a deep dive into the acoustic design of residential developments from planning through the RIBA stages. The team discussed the sound insulation requirements of internal elements in material change of use developments and how to mitigate noise from air source heat pumps.
